Production Issues and refunds
MothStore currently offers products on demand (after a placed order, production will start and arrange QC control and shipping logistic to “customer”), due to business model and supplier (Printify), any order change or cancellation will take part AFTER 10 days; once order is placed by “customer” production will start.
Products can be accepted for open a case to refund or replacement 30 days after order shipment and arrival at direction given by “customer”, we only accept refunds/ replacement for production issues, factory defect or usability damage on product/s. Digital products can be replace if download failed occurs via any media (website, Patreon or Ko-fi). To resend product in good condition, send order purchase proof (invoice or payment receive) via e-mail to klientservice@stmothboek.com and a new a new downloadable product will be send to e-mail provided.
To make your request acceptable, take media data proof of the product damage and order purchase (payment or shipment) and send it to klientservice@stmothboek.com to make your case open and determine refund or replacement.
Refund will be determinate by case, this will be complete or parcial refund based on the status of the order (place order, production, shipping or arrival).

If given direction is wrong, contact klientservice@stmothboek.com after 10 days before order placement. Due logistics flow, product/s with wrong directions will be delivered as soon as order is completed.
If order never arrive due wrong direction or missing package contact klientservice@stmothboek.com and we’ll open a case to arrange refund or replacement product if case.
Shipping for US may take 30 days after order placement to deliver and Internacional sales may take 45 days.
Please contact klientservice@stmothboek.com if order never arrive after 30 of 45 days to open a case for track the order, if order is missing will open a case to make refund or replacement.

MothStore “The site” present overall price of the unique product. Final payment will be shown at check out ( product + shipment + Taxes (if applicable)).
Countries Laws will add taxes and duties for your purchase, and will be presented at final cost based on your default location. You can consult local offices for more details about your duties and taxes. “Customer” is responsible for paying the corresponding taxes (based in your location).
